With over 40+ years of total experience, Jim Hansen has had progressive financial management responsibility – ultimately becoming a seasoned Chief Financial Office / Vice President of Finance. His expertise includes consolidations, strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting, working capital, cash flow management, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and post closure business integration. His experience also includes working for international parent companies, family run businesses, and private equity groups. Jim's international experience includes companies with operations in France, Germany, South Africa, Mexico, and China. Jim Hansen has worked with companies with multiple locations.

He has held multiple CFO positions in public and private companies.
