There are five simple steps in our Short|LYST Checklyst.

1. Screen Resumes

After you fill out an application on our site and select the appropriate job title(s), we will begin to screen you resume. We receive hundreds of resumes a day and can quickly pick out qualified resumes for our clients. It's important to describe what you have accomplished, some successes, and any details that will better help us to know you. 2. Initial Phone Call

If you have passed our screening test, one of our team members will give you an phone call to ask a few questions. 

3. Interview

After the phone call, our team evaluates whether your resume represents your or vice versa. A selection of those that we give phone calls to will be asked to come in for a face-to-face interview or a Skype interview (if you are out of town). This will be an important step of our Short|LYST Checklist because we need to see your personality and determine if there is chemistry. The #2 reason why companies fail is due to employee turnover. For that reason, we want to find someone who can fit in with a potential company. Short|LYST is a list of candidates that we recommend company's to hire. 

4. Authorization

If you've passed the interview, congratulations! You are on your way to being listed on Short|LYST. But first, we need all candidates to fill out our authorization form. This gives us a little more information about you as well as your permission to offer your recommended for hire profile to prospective companies. It's a win-win! Companies can bypass the lengthy hiring process AND you are recommended for hire by an established, respected, and trusted firm. 

5. Upload Profile

Finally, we will create your profile. First, we will need your resume, 3 references for us to call, 3 prior compensations, and a short essay. You can expect a couple days after you've submitted your profile to see your draft profile.
